Shipping policy

We currently ship within Lebanon only.

All orders are delivered via courier and paid for in cash upon delivery (Cash on Delivery). Delivery fees are calculated separately from the product price and shown at checkout.

Delivery time: Orders are typically delivered within [X–X business days] depending on your location. Delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand periods or due to courier availability.

Order processing: Orders are packed and handed to the courier within [X business days] of purchase.

Delivery issues: Once an order has been handed to the courier, any delays are outside our control. If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, reach out to us at [contact] and we'll follow up on your behalf.

Failed delivery: If a courier is unable to reach you at the delivery address provided, we'll attempt to reschedule. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned and cancelled.
